A long history of recruitment expertise
Our experience recruiting for energy projects in Norway dates back more than 35 years. Which means we’ve seen a lot of change in the energy sector over the decades, from oil and gas to emerging renewable and green energy.
Across the wider NRL Group, we have supported the energy sector since we opened in 1983. Initially offering recruitment support for nuclear power in the North West of England, our expertise has developed over the years to support a wide range of global energy projects.
One thing has remained the same though, and that’s our passion for recruitment and identifying people with the best skills and capabilities to support our clients, whilst providing them with opportunities to grow and shape their careers.

James has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, supporting clients to find the right technical and engineering candidates to help deliver their projects. Working with us for over a decade, our candidates know James by name – and he’s always ready to find opportunities that match their skillset.

Engineering Resource Consultant
Kristian has shared his recruitment expertise with clients and candidates for more than two decades. Focussed on the Norwegian energy industry, he has extensive knowledge of the sectors we support and services we provide – thanks to working with our stakeholders and delivering projects for over 15 years.
